Sean A. Monighan joined Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group in April 2004. Mr. Monighan graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science/ Earth Science. After graduating, Mr. Monighan was employed in the telecommunications industry for several years. In 1999, Mr. Monighan began his career in real estate appraisal with a residential real estate appraisal firm, Central Penn Appraisals. In 2000, Mr. Monighan joined Clauser Real Estate Appraisals where he started his experience in commercial real estate appraisal.

Mr. Monighan received his Pennsylvania General Real Estate Appraiser certification in 2003. He has taken and successfully completed several Appraisal Institute courses.

Mr. Monighan is currently an Associate Appraiser with Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group and is serving as the Vice President of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He is a general associate member of the Appraisal Institute.
