Russell V. Di Lello, MAI joined Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group in July 2006.

Mr. Di Lello graduated from Wartburg College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. He began his appraisal career in 1982 with Appraisal Associates, Inc. in Cranford, New Jersey, where he conducted both residential and commercial appraisals and eventually supervised the residential appraisal staff as an Assistant Vice President. In 1991, Mr. Di Lello joined Joseph L. Mazotas, Inc. in Princeton, New Jersey as an appraiser associate, where he performed appraisals of various property types.

In 1994, Mr. Di Lello joined Carduner & Sockler Realty Advisors, Inc. in East Windsor, New Jersey as a senior associate. The name of the firm was later changed to Carduner, Sockler & Mignogna Realty Advisors, Inc. In 2001, he co-founded Sockler Mignogna Di Lello Realty Advisors, Inc. in Ewing, New Jersey.

In October 2001, Mr. Di Lello received his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. He is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in New Jersey. He has provided expert testimony to the Piscataway Township Zoning Board and has also given testimony at a tax assessment hearing in Trenton. In addition, Mr. Di Lello has conducted rollback assessment analyses and has performed revaluations of commercial properties for various municipalities throughout New Jersey.

Prior to his appraisal experience, Mr. Di Lello was involved in various aspects of residential and commercial construction.
