John S. Crognale has been with Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group, Inc., since its inception in July 2006.

Mr. Crognale graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, majoring in Finance, from Temple University in 2002, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Villanova University.

He began his appraisal career in 2005 when he joined Sockler Mignogna DiLello Realty Group Pennsylvania, Inc., continuing with the firm as it merged with Mid-Atlantic Appraisals to form Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group, Inc., in July 2006.

Mr. Crognale assists in the preparation of all types of commercial real estate appraisals. Significant assignments have included residential subdivisions, multi-tenanted office complexes, proposed retail shopping centers, big box retail buildings, apartment complexes, and multi- and single-tenant industrial buildings.

Prior to starting his appraisal career, Mr. Crognale was a Litigation Analyst with American International Group and an Analyst with GE Financial Assurance.
