Mr. De Marinis has been with Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group, Inc., since April 2007.

Mr. De Marinis began his appraisal career in 2005.  He developed appraisal experience with multiple firms between 2005 and 2007.  These included: Axiom International LTD., Coyle, Lynch & Co., Berring Appraisals, and William S. Hixon, MAI.  Property type experience developed includes: retail stores, large apartment complexes, office buildings, restaurants, municipal buildings, vacant land, warehouses, mixed-use buildings, farms, single family residences, cooperatives and condominiums.

Prior to starting his appraisal career, Mr. De Marinis gained 13 years technical and managerial experience with Siemens Energy & Automation, Inc. (formerly Moore Products Co.) in Spring House, Pennsylvania.  Roles included project leader, project engineer, technical support supervisor, technical support engineer, and test engineer.  Mr. De Marinis is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Control Systems in Pennsylvania.

Mr. De Marinis graduated from Widener University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently an active member at Branch Creek Community Church in Harleysville, Pennsylvania.
