David W. Lotierzo joined Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group in October 2006. Mr. Lotierzo graduated from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland in 1998, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising Communications. After graduating, Mr. Lotierzo began his real estate career with CB Richard Ellis in Teaneck, New Jersey as a commercial real estate sales associate. After transitioning into the market research group within the company, he was promoted to Senior Information Management Coordinator.

In 2002, Mr. Lotierzo went to work for GVA Williams in New York City as the office's Director of Research Services. In this role his primary responsibilities included the collection and verification of market statistics, preparation of market reports and supervision of various internal databases.
