Catherine Donley joined Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group in September 2007.

Ms. Donley started in the commercial real estate field as an assistant at the Reaves C. Lukens Company in Philadelphia, PA from 1977 to 1979. Following college, she joined the Reaves C. Lukens Company as a staff appraiser (1983 to 1989), where she completed appraisal assignments for financing, investor acquisition, assessment appeal and condemnation purposes. Properties appraised included land, apartment complexes, industrial facilities, office buildings, shopping centers and retail properties.

In May 2003, Ms. Donley joined the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where she completed appraisal assignments for financing and investor acquisition purposes. Properties appraised included land, apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings, industrial facilities and retail properties.

Ms. Donley is an associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. She passed the Appraisal Institute’s comprehensive exam and has completed all required coursework for the MAI designation.
