Brian D. Conner has been with Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group, Inc., since its inception in July 2006.

Mr. Conner graduated from Thiel College in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Secondary Teaching Certificate for the State of Pennsylvania. After graduating, Mr. Conner began his professional career with the Southern York County (PA) School District as a biology/science teacher at Susquehannock High School.

He began his appraisal career in June 2005 when he retired from teaching and joined Mid-Atlantic Appraisals, continuing with the firm as it merged with Sockler Mignogna DiLello Realty Group Pennsylvania, Inc. to form Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group, Inc., in July 2006.

Mr. Conner assists in the preparation of all types of commercial real estate appraisals. Significant assignments have included commercial land sites, a community shopping center, a bank branch, multiple big box retail buildings, multi-tenant office buildings, multiple industrial buildings (owner occupied, single- and multi-tenanted) and an institutional (college) campus.

Mr. Conner is currently a general associate member of the Appraisal Institute, pursuing the MAI designation. He has served the Central PA Chapter of the Appraisal Institute as Education Chair since 2009. Mr. Conner was recently appointed to serve as a Director for the Central PA Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. In addition, Mr. Conner was recently appointed to serve a two-year term on the Region VI Nominating Committee for the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Conner is active in St. Paul's Chapel United Methodist Church, Red Lion, Pennsylvania, currently serving on the Stewardship Team as Assistant Treasurer and as a Trustee.
