Email: - aciotti@mvginc.com Aldo D. Ciotti joined Mid-Atlantic Valuation Group in April 2010. Mr. Ciotti graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1984 with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics. He began his appraisal
career in 1992 with K. Jesse Reitenbach and
Associates, Inc. in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, where he conducted commercial and
industrial appraisals. In 1993, Mr. Ciotti joined Lebanon Valley Farmers
Bank, Lebanon, Pennsylvania as a Real Estate Administrator, where he
performed reviews of appraisals of various property types. In 1994, he was
promoted to Real Estate Officer. In 1995, he was promoted with the additional
responsibility for environmental risk at the bank. In 1998, Mr.Ciotti joined Rite Aid Corporation
in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania as the Real Property Tax Manager. He provided
expert testimony at tax assessment hearings for Rite Aid. In addition, Mr.Ciotti negotiated tax appeal settlements and conducted
assessment analyses on Rite Aid leased and owned properties throughout the
United States. In 2007, Mr. Ciotti joined High Associates, Lancaster,
Pennsylvania as a Staff Appraiser, where he conducted commercial and
industrial appraisals. In 2009, he joined Noone and
Associates, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania as an Associate Appraiser, where he
conducted commercial and industrial appraisals. Mr. Ciotti is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in Pennsylvania.
He was on the Board of Directors of the Central Pennsylvania Chapter of the
Appraisal Institute from 2007 to 2009. Mr. Ciotti is an active member of the
St. Margaret Mary Alacoque Church, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Prior to his appraisal experience, Mr. Ciotti was involved in various aspects
of accounting and warehouse operations.
